values.

1*4 30 Minute Delay

3*2 60 Minute Delay

78 120 Minute Delay

*5*5 Random Delay

(at least 15 but less than 120)

We count 0-9

Hex counts 0-15

To us 30 means 3 tens and 0 ones or

(30 units)

To Hex 30 means 3 sixteens and 0

ones (48 units)

3*2 = 60 because

3x16 equals 48

and *2 equals 12
